This wall is supposed to be 3500 years old, and was erected to protect the Asyrians. New MRAP. Smaller than the old one but much easier to drive and manuver through the city Our company gave us new hoodies. Makes us feel normal wearing them here.
AT&T, Iraqi Style. These are power wires that are all over the city. More wires. This is what we drive through every day now. Kind of scary having tall buildings all around us.
Huge mosqe. This is a better picture of the old wall. One of the largest mosques I have ever seen. Do not know the name of it though.
